What happens during a treatment?

On the first visit a health and lifestyle history is taken

The treatment is performed lying flat, with pillows for support if needed, on a treatment couch.  Essential oils are used.  You are covered discreetly with towels, each part of the body uncovered only when being worked on.

The treatment is tailored to meet your needs; it can be soft or firm, relaxing tense muscles and inducing a state of total relaxation.  The massage can last for 30 minutes up to 1.5 hours depending on your requirements.  Massage combines very well with reflexology and reiki.
