Who am I?

Lynne Breen AOR, MAR VTCT

Lynne has been practising Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, and Holistic Massage since 2003, having gained extensive experience from working in two local health clubs.  She now offers holistic treatments from the relaxed setting of her welcoming home studio in Walton on Thames,  provides Therapies in the Work Place for 3 local organisations as well as giving voluntary Reflexology sessions to cancer patients and their carers at The Butterfly Macmillan Centre, and to Age Concern clients.

Her aim is to treat each person as an individual and to help them regain or maintain their health, vitality and well-being. She has considerable experience working with people with many conditions, including menopausal symptoms, infertility, menstrual problems, digestive conditions, Chrohn’s Disease, Diabetes, IBS, Ulcerative Colitis and constipation, Multiple Sclerosis, Vertigo, Migraines, Insomnia, Stress, Bereavement, Arthritis, low energy levels, blood pressure disorders, back and neck muscular aches and pains and oedema, and has also treated many women throughout pregnancy. Lynne has taken Cranial Sacral Therapy Level 1 and Theta Healing Level 1.

She has attended postgraduate reflexology courses in Pre-conception and Maternity Reflexology, Linking Reflexology, Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) and Deep Tissue Massage. She gained an ITEC qualification in Nutritional Studies which enables her to offer nutritional advice alongside holistic treatments. Lynne is fully insured and a member of the Association of Reflexologists. A nursing background gives her a perspective of both traditional and complementary medicines. Lynne also works at the Shooting Star Hospice for Children.
